The agreement that governs your use of TacLink.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and TacLink (operated by AV Solutions). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use TacLink.

The service

TacLink provides team coordination, live tactical maps, realtime positions, and match operations for airsoft teams. It also runs local matches, where phones exchange positions over a Bluetooth mesh with no server. Some features need live access (a Pro subscription, a match credit, or an organizer's match pass) or the offline pack. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Subscriptions and billing

• TacLink Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on the App Store and on Google Play. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; material changes apply only to future billing periods.

One-time purchases

• Match credits are consumable. One credit gives you live sync in one match. Every new account gets 3 welcome credits, valid for 90 days and not transferable.
• A match pass is consumable. It covers every player in one match, server or local. It is spent when the match is covered and is not refundable once used.
• The offline pack is non-consumable and lifetime. It covers local matches only. To keep it active, the device must go online at least every 90 days to renew its licence.
• All one-time purchases are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds go through the store.

Offline use

Features that run without a server depend on a licence that the device renews online every 90 days. Tickets for local matches are issued by the organizer's phone.

Safety

TacLink is a coordination aid. Players remain responsible for their own safety, eye protection and the rules of the site. Position accuracy depends on GPS.

Refunds

Payments are processed by the app store where you purchased the subscription or item, and refunds are handled under that store's policies. TacLink cannot directly issue store refunds. For App Store purchases, refund requests are made through Apple.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TacLink for any unlawful activity or to endanger any person.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the team, game, and marker data you create. You grant TacLink the limited rights needed to host and deliver that data to your teammates as part of operating the service.

Disclaimers and liability

TacLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Realtime and location features depend on network conditions and may be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TacLink and AV Solutions are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using TacLink and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Questions can be sent to support@tac-link.com.
