Help with TacLink.
TacLink is a field coordination tool for airsoft teams: a shared live map, background sharing, a Bluetooth mesh for dead zones, and host-controlled matches. If something isn't working or you have a question, check the answers below or write to us.

Email support@tac-link.com with a description of the issue. Including your account email, device model, and OS version helps us resolve things faster.
Purchases
- TacLink Pro is a subscription with unlimited live sync in every match, plus local matches.
- Match credits give you live sync in one match each. New accounts get 3 welcome credits.
- A match pass, bought by an organizer, covers every player in one match.
- The offline pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks local matches with no signal and no server.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in the store where you purchased it: the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Use Restore Purchasesin the app if a purchase isn't recognized after reinstalling or switching devices.
Background sharing
Why did my sharing stop?
- Battery saver can pause apps in the background. Exempt TacLink from it in your phone settings.
- Swiping the app away from the app switcher ends the session. Open TacLink again to resume.
- Location permission must stay allowed, with precise location on.
How do I know it is running?
- Android shows a persistent notification. Tap it to open the live map.
- iOS shows a Live Activity on the lock screen. It says "Not transmitting" if updates stop.
- Sharing ends when the match ends, or when you tap Stop sharing.
No signal
- The Bluetooth mesh covers squad range: tens of metres per hop, with phones relaying for each other. It is not field-wide.
- Keep Bluetooth on during the match.
- To bring the rest of your side into the picture, one teammate with signal is enough. That bridge needs live access.
- A local match needs the offline pack, Pro, a match credit, or a host's match pass.
Account and data
- You can update your profile details inside the app.
- To permanently delete your account and associated data, use the deletion page linked below or the option inside the app.
Connectivity
TacLink is built for the field, so it keeps showing your cached map and last known state when the connection drops. If live positions stop updating, check your signal. The app will resync automatically once you're back online.
